What is Wish Vault?

Wish Vault is a free platform to create your virtual gift list for events like weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and more. Add products from any store, share a single link, customize your list with photos, descriptions, and event colors, and track who has already chosen a gift.

How does Wish Vault work?

Wish Vault works in a simple and convenient way!

Create your gift list for any event:
Add the products you want to receive from your guests. It can be from any store!

Add gifts to your list:
Simply choose products from any online store, such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay, and select how you'd like to receive them, or just indicate the amount of cash you wish to receive.

Share your list with friends and family:
Once your list is ready, share the link with your guests! As they select gifts, you can track everything through the control panel, seeing who gave what.

Receive your gifts:
Your guests will be redirected to the store, and the product will be delivered according to the store's policies.

Can I add products from any store?

Yes, Wish Vault is compatible with any online store, including giants like Amazon, Walmart, eBay and many others. You can add products from any store to your wishlist, making it a versatile choice for your needs.

Lists & sharing

How do I share my list with guests?

In the Share tab, you can copy your list link or generate a QR Code to send to guests via WhatsApp, email, or social media. Your guests don't need an account to view your list or choose a gift.

Do my guests need to create an account?

No, your guests do not need to create an account to view your gift list or make contributions. They can simply access your list through the link you share and choose how they want to help.

How does the receiving process work when gifts are purchased through redirect to an external store?

When the list owner chooses the store redirect option, guests are directed to make the purchase directly on the chosen website.

In these cases, delivery follows the store's own policies and standard process. The product will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Wish Vault does not participate in the payment or delivery stage of the product, acting exclusively as an intermediary in the creation, organization, and sharing of your gift list.

Can I change the list name and description after choosing them?

Yes! Just go to the Appearance tab, make the necessary changes, and save the modifications.

Can I create gift lists for specific events, like a wedding?

Yes. You can create a free gift list for any specific event, such as weddings, baby showers, housewarmings, birthdays, graduations, and much more. Just create your list, pick a ready-made template for the occasion, and customize it your way.

Does your site support lists for other types of events?

Yes! Wish Vault is perfect for any occasion: weddings, baby showers, housewarming parties, birthdays, and much more. You can customize your list with photos, descriptions, and even allow guests to leave special notes.

Privacy & trust

Is Wish Vault secure?

Yes, Wish Vault uses bank-level security for all transactions. Your personal data and payment information are protected with encryption, and we follow all data protection regulations to keep your information safe.

When a guest selects a gift, does it disappear from the list?

No. When a gift is selected, it continues to appear on the list but is marked as "Already selected".

This way, other guests can see that the item has already been chosen, preventing the same gift from being selected more than once.

How can I see who has already given me a gift?

In the Guests tab, you can see who has already chosen a gift and which item was selected.

If your list is set to receive gifts in cash, you can also track this information in the Payments tab, where you will see details of the contributions made.
